Useful and detailed
Im a radiology resident and I use this program every day. I bought the entire thing, which was pricey (US$210) but thats about the same as one textbook, so its worth it. For radiology, it is extremely useful because there is a large library of normal studies that you can view in axial, coronal, and sagittal, AND you can flip the images to match the study youre looking at on your PACS station for best comparison. Theres even an amazing coronary artery anatomy section of moving IR images. The anatomy drawings are OK, and not as plentiful as I might like, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Overall, though, its the best atlas for iPad out there (I have several others and this one is definitely the best). The MSK is very extensive, and definitely worth the $70. Havent been on Neuro rotation since I bought it, but it also looks very extensive. The body section leaves me wanting sometimes, but its still pretty awesome.
Anyway, I would recommend it if you need a great radiology reference, which is what I think its really intended for, and its worth the money for that. The drawings are occasionally helpful, but not as detailed or extensive as a typical book-based atlas such as the Netters everyone uses in medical school.
